RATES/FEES

All Rates/fees will vary depending on your identified needs and services.

PAYMENT

Forms of payment accepted are cash via Zelle, Apple pay all major credit cards, debit cards, Health Savings Account Cards (HSA), and Flex Savings Account Cards (FSA).   All session fees are due at the time of service.   All charges incurred are the responsibility of the client.

INSURANCE

As a fee-for-service provider, we do not accept insurance; clients pay directly rather than going through an insurance company. This allows you and me to determine the most effective course of therapy and allows for the highest quality of therapeutic services without the confines of managed care or insurance companies. However, your payment may be reimbursed through your Out of Network Benefits, Medical Flex Spending Account, or Health Savings Account. (Please check with your insurance company, Medical Flex Spending Service, or Health Savings Services.)

*Fees are effective 5-1-2023 and are adjusted periodically.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session. Also, this allows that appointment slot to be offered to another client.
